The Man With a Red Tattoo (ISBN: 0399148841) is a below par James Bond book in my opinion. I have over the last couple of years been reading Fleming's books, a Bond delight. I am not sure if I am an old school bond fan or new anymore. My first Bond book was by Benson, and it got me more hooked on Bond, which Brit could not be. Bond appears in this book as rather dull and flat, his character is not well portrayed, new and old Bond too well mixed into what became a dull flat cocktail; I am sure not to Bonds high standards.
If you are Bond efficianado then you have to give it a read, if not then re-read one of Flemings, and if you have never then do so immeditaley.
Indy was six months old yesterday. We had a double celebration dinner at some diner place outside of Peterborough, here is Indy looking so cool.

Indy has officially started eating food, other than mum’s own good stuff. So far he has eaten rice with mums milk, and then yesterday bananas that went down a right treat. Already there has been a change in the nappies, not odors so far but color is really changing. Indy is also playing more with his toys now, the other day he learnt he could shake things and make noise, luckily for his parents he soon forgot or became bored of this little game, I am sure he will remember.
Indy has acclimatized rather well to his new climate (by the way we now live in the UK). It’s his parents who are having problems. Andrea with the insects, the midges are about, and myself with the lack of heat. I promised Andrea it would be warmer, you can trust the English summer to let you down.
Anyway happy half my son, from Mummy and Daddy
